Inquiries and agreements
A journey inquiry is not a reservation. We will confirm the proposed vessel or accommodation, dates, availability, inclusions, exclusions, USD pricing, payment schedule and cancellation terms in writing before you commit. International flights, domestic travel, transfers, entry requirements and insurance should be discussed separately; none is automatically included. Routes and site visits can depend on vessel schedules and local conditions.
Pricing and payment
Prices are provided in a written proposal. For US inquiries you may request pricing in US dollars. Currency, taxes, fees, delivery, payment method and any cancellation or refund conditions will be identified before acceptance. This website does not take payments or create a purchase contract.
Your information
Provide accurate details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit sensitive documents through the general form. A suitable method for any necessary files can be arranged with the team.
Website tools and imagery
Interactive tools organize an initial brief and do not perform professional assessments. Concept images are labeled and do not depict completed client work. Travel and equipment photos provide context; availability and exact specifications must be confirmed separately. Website content may be updated.
