3 Night Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Cairo
Once you have arrived at the Arrivals Hall, you will be welcomed by our Oriental Tours representative, who will be standing inside the doors holding a board showing your name. You will then be taken to your hotel, with our representative explaining details of your package to you, en route, as well as answering any questions you may have. Upon arrival at your hotel he will assist you with check in, continue answering any questions from you.

Day 2: Cairo
Once you have had your breakfast your guide will meet you and take you on a full day tour of Cairo. First of all you will be taken to Giza to see the world famous pyramids and sphinx. You will gaze in awe at the magnificent Great Pyramid of Khufu (Cheops): the last of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World, the pyramids of Khafre (Chephren), and Menkaure (Mycerinos), and then gaze in delight at the spectacle of the supreme Sphinx. From here you will be taken to the town of Mit Rahina, once known as Memphis and the capital of ancient Egypt, stopping for lunch (optional) on the way. The museum here houses many large artefacts, all situated in a wonderful garden, as well as the Colossi of Ramses II inside the museum building. At the end of this interesting day you will be driven back to your Cairo hotel. (B)

Day 3: Cairo
Once you have had your breakfast your guide will meet you and take you on a full day tour of Cairo. First of all you will be taken to the Egyptian Museum (or as it is officially known: The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities!) includes the golden Death Mask of Tutankhamun. A quick break for lunch (optional) and you will then be taken to the Citadel of Saladin, which houses the moste famous mosque of Muhammad Ali Free time till you will be taken to Ramses Railway Station to board your overnight sitting train to Luxor , the journey takes, on average, about 10 hours.

Day 4: Luxor
Once you have arrived at Luxor Railway Station , second part of the budget special Egypt tour starts by meeting our representative will assist you then transfer you, in our air-conditioned vehicle, take you on a tour of Luxor’s famous two temples: Karnak (the world’s largest religious site) and Luxor. Marvel at the immense columns in Karnak Temple’s Hypostyle Hall . Next you will visit the smaller, in size but not in spectacle, Luxor Temple. Mainly added to by Ramses II . This temple also boasts many columns, statues and various artefacts. Once this tour is complete you will be driven to your Luxor hotel.

Day 5: Luxor
Once you have had your breakfast your guide will meet you and take you, in our air-conditioned vehicle, on a tour of Luxor’s West Bank; the ancient Theban necropolis. Here you will get to visit the Valley of the Kings, where you can explore 3 tombs (the Tomb of Tutankhamen is an extra cost); the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahri; the workers village at Deir El Medina; and finally, the remains of the Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III: the Colossi of Memnon. After this you will be driven back to your hotel.

Day 7: Aswan
This morning you will have a visit the Aswan High Dam, which created the world’s largest fresh-water lake, Lake Nasser, once it was completed. You will then be taken on a short motorboat trip to Agilkia Island, home of the Temples of Philae since their previous location was flooded due to the creation of Lake Nasser. Free time till your pick up for your transfer to Aswan Railway Station to board your overnight sitting train back to Cairo: the journey takes, on average, about 14 hours. (B)

Day 8: Cairo
Once you have arrived at Ramses Railway Station our representative will assist you with your luggage and then transfer you, in our air-conditioned vehicle, to your hotel in Cairo. Free time at your hotel for relaxing before taken Nile Cruise ship in Down Town to sail in the Nile for 2 hours having dinner while enjoying watching the Belly dancer and Tanoura show .

Day 9: Departure
After breakfast our representative will arrive at your hotel to transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight, or to take you to any pre-arranged optional extra visits to fill in your time before transferring you to the airport, including that last-minute visit to the Khan El Khalili to buy those forgotten souvenirs and/or presents, and spend the last of your Egyptian Pounds.
